QuickSun software has two solutions for remote work. TCP - interface allows customers to design own applications using TCP connection to command the QuickSun system. Remote desktop allows our personnel to use customers software from our facilities. This solution can be used to assist or guide in using the QuickSun systems sofware, either for problem solving or training purposes.

TCP Interface
QuickSun software has a built-in TCP server. This server acts as an Application Programming Interface (API) for building external applications. With this interface QuickSun system is possible to integrate into factory automation. Command are sent in plain text format and the program returns results or error codes.

Remote Desktop
The remote desktop software allows using of a computer over internet from another computer. When used with QuickSun system it is possible to use the QuickSun systems software anywhere in the world from Endeas facilities. Only requirements are the remote desktop software and internet connection to the QuickSun systems computer. Endeas prefers NetSupport Manager remote desktop software.
